Application Process

You can put your child’s name on our waiting list at any time, for admission after their second birthday.

We are a friendly team and welcome you and your family to come and visit The Nursery.

For Safeguarding reasons we advice all prospective parents to please call to make an appointment.

When allocating sessions to new children, we take into account:

• Siblings
• Date of Application
• Full Time Places

Children must attend for a minimum of two days a week.

Registration

Accepting a Place

Once an application form and registration fee have been returned your child is automatically placed on the waiting list. You will be contacted by email nearer the time to discuss availability and required sessions. Once a place has been offered written confirmation will then be sent. We encourage you to visit The Nursery with your child during the weeks leading up to your starting day. We also offer flexible admissions procedures, if appropriate, to meet the needs of individual families and children.

Withdrawal

Parents agree that a minimum notice of 8 weeks for a part time place and 12 weeks for a full-time place (notice to be given in writing) will be given for permanent withdrawal of their child.

Children are presumed to be leaving 31st August after their 4th birthday to move onto school. No place will be guaranteed after this time unless an agreement with the Nursery has been discussed.
