ADMISSIONS POLICY AND PROCEDURE
The Nursery is open to all children aged between 2 and 5 years. We welcome all children, from all backgrounds, from all types of families equally.
We are open between 8:30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday offering full day sessions.
Children must attend for a minimum of three days a week.
The Nursery aims to meet the needs of all the families and will be as flexible as possible about sessions in order to accommodate the individual needs of children and families.
Parents may register a child by completing an application form, obtainable from The Nursery or the website www.thenurseryoxford@gmail.co.uk. A non-refundable registration fee of £65 is required to place your child on the waiting list. Receipt of the application form and registration fee does not guarantee a space at the nursery, it merely places the child on our waiting list.
Parents will be notified by email as soon as a place becomes available for their child. Once sessions and a start date have been agreed, this will be followed by written confirmation and a parent contract. This will need to be returned within two weeks to secure the place. Once the contract is received, the place will be secure and a fee of £250 will be payable should you decide not to take the place offered.
Allocation of places and sessions will be dependent on the following factors:
- Children already attending wanting to increase sessions
- Siblings
- Full time places
- Date of Application
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
The Nursery requires TWO months notice in writing when withdrawing a child
For children leaving to begin school, it will be assumed your child’s last session will be the last session he or she attends in August, with fees payable up to then unless you write to state otherwise.
If you wish to reduce your child’s sessions, we require one months notice in writing.
