Joining Our Team
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working, confident Early Years Teacher /Nursery Practitioner for our small 24 place privately owned Nursery for children aged 2-5 years.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work both independently and as a team member.
A sound knowledge of the EYFS is essential, as is a genuine passion for working with young children.
Hours – 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with non contact office and planning time each week.
The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced passionate team in providing high quality care and a stimulating environment.
Qualifications required – minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent , experience essential.
Candidates MUST have the following qualities and skills ;
Childcare qualification NVQ level 2 or above in Child Care, learning and Development.
Previous experience working as part of a team.
A passion to want to further their own personal career development and to further their position within the nursery. Training opportunities are provided.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Preferred candidates will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service ( DBS) check.
